How to identify your meter

• The brand and model are printed on the front of the device, under or beside the screen.
• If the print has worn off, check the back of the meter or the box the lancets came in.
• A strip from a different brand will either not fit the slot or will return an error rather than a wrong reading — but do not rely on that.

What we check before dispatch

• That the strip type matches the meter you told us about.
• That the vial has at least twelve months left before expiry.
• That the lot has not been opened. Strips are sold sealed.

Storing strips

Keep the vial sealed and below 30 °C. In Rawalpindi summers that means indoors and away from a window. Strips left open or in a hot car give low readings.
