Delivery & payment
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch, so you always know the final total including delivery before anything leaves the shop.

Payment
- Cash on delivery on orders under Rs 5,000.
- Orders of Rs 5,000 and above are paid in advance by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.
- Bank and wallet details are sent on WhatsApp when you confirm the order.
- A receipt is issued for every order. Ask if you need one on the shop letterhead for a claim.
Plain packaging
Incontinence products, catheters and anything else personal ship in an unmarked outer box with no description of the contents on the label.
