About the shop

What we do

We supply three quite different kinds of customer from one shop. Surgeons and house officers come for instruments. Families come for the equipment that gets someone through a long recovery at home. Clinics call when they are setting up a room or restocking consumables.

Because those three needs have nothing in common, we have organised the site the way the shop is organised rather than the way a catalogue usually is. If you know the situation but not the product name, start from "Shop by what you need".

How we sell

• Every price on this site is the counter price. There is no online markup.
• We hold stock for everything listed as in stock. Hospital equipment is quoted per order because installation and delivery change the price.
• Electro-medical devices come with the local distributor warranty card. We photograph it and put it in the box.
• If the fit matters — a wheelchair, a belt, a diaper size — we ask for the measurement before dispatch rather than after a return.
