Product information is not medical advice
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information from their manufacturers. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Ask a doctor or other qualified health professional which product is right for you, and always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. We can change prices and stock at any time before you place your order. If a product is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund of anything you've paid.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't verify the delivery details, the product is out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund anything you've paid.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available on orders under Rs 5,000. Orders of Rs 5,000 and above are paid in advance by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty are covered by our return and refund policy.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for supplying the products you order as described. We aren't responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product, by not following the manufacturer's instructions, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
